Me gust\u00f3 mucho un comentario que le\u00ed hoy sobre el cuidado de una dieta equilibrada, ya no para el cuerpo sino para el alma.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Te la trascribo: \u201cUsted necesita una dieta equilibrada de la Palabra de Dios. Las reuniones y los estudios b\u00edblicos entre semana representan una inversi\u00f3n de varias horas semanales que lo ayudan a uno a mantener el enfoque y a mantenerse en la puerta estrecha y el camino angosto.\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Y pensaba yo, muchas veces llevamos una dieta pobre, de muy poco tiempo con la Palabra de Dios, y eso hace que no mantengamos el enfoque de Dios y por lo tanto nos salimos del camino angosto. Hacemos demasiado hincapi\u00e9 en la dieta para nuestro cuerpo y\u2026 \u00bfqu\u00e9 de la dieta para el alma?<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Creo que el secreto est\u00e1 en reconocer nuestra necesidad, de que nuestra \u201calma est\u00e9 en buen estado\u201d, y amar con todo el coraz\u00f3n la Palabra de Dios de manera que sea un deleite escuchar lo m\u00e1s posible su consejo, sabio y perfecto.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>El Salmo 119 est\u00e1 lleno de expresiones de un coraz\u00f3n ejercitado en alimentarse de la Palabra de Dios. Por ejemplo, el vers\u00edculo 103 dice: \u201c\u00a1Cu\u00e1n dulces son a mi paladar tus palabras! M\u00e1s que la miel a mi boca.\u201d Y en varias ocasiones menciona que este alimento le sostiene en momentos en que \u00e9l tiende a ser destruido por las circunstancias que le toca vivir.
